Payments

What forms of payment do you accept?

All payments are processed through PayPal, as it is the most secure form of online transaction. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Maestro, as well as regular PayPal account payments through this service. 


Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you don't have to have a PayPal account. When you check out, you have the option to "Check Out As Guest" below the regular PayPal log in, where you will be able to pay with the cards stated above.



Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Messy Miscreation now offers international shipping! International orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked as standard, however if you would like to receive your order via courier please don't hesitate to contact us. 

Please note that courier shipping will incur additional charges.

We unfortunately aren't currently able to send original pieces overseas.

What shipping options do you offer?

We will primarily be using Royal Mail 2nd class postage for prints, and a DHL courier service for originals. 

If you would like other postage options, please contact us before you've made your order. 


How long does delivery take?

We will aim to send out all orders within a week of your purchase. After that, Royal Mail usually aims to deliver within two or three working days in the UK but please allow up to a week, especially during holiday periods.


How do you send out your prints?

The prints are sent out in either cardboard poster tubes (for larger sizes) or in cardboard envelopes (A5 prints). This means that your order will be safe upon shipment.

Originals are sent out in boxes, padded in bubble wrap to make sure your order is safe. If you have any specific requirements, please contact us.
